About this role
We are seeking a passionate, customer-driven Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the Machine Identity Security and Agent Identity Security offerings. These two non-human product offerings are major strategic investments for SailPoint, and pillars of our market leading identity security platform. In this role you will be supporting the teams and product managers building our non-human products, and will be responsible for executing the product strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, program management, marketing and other product managers) to build and enhance our non-human offerings.
You will be at the center of our company’s future, and your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our company-wide product strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly collaborative, thrives in an agile environment, loves tackling complex problems, wants to make a lasting impact and is looking to learn and grow in their product management career.
This position requires a strong foundational product management skill set with experience in agile product development, go-to-market launches, cross-team collaboration, stakeholder management and regular customer interaction. Candidates must be comfortable navigating complex and ambiguous challenges, and working in a fluid, fast-paced environment. Candidates must also be highly collaborative and possess excellent communication skills. Additionally, an understanding of enterprise software customer IT environments and rapidly evolving security and compliance technologies is highly valuable.
