We are currently seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our ARIS Global Marketing team, based in the Netherlands.
In this role, you will act as the strategic bridge between Product Management and the Go-to-Market organization. You will shape positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy to ensure our Process Intelligence portfolio resonates with customers, empowers sales, and drives sustainable growth. As the voice of the customer, you will translate product capabilities into compelling value narratives that support retention, new business acquisition, and expansion opportunities.
Essential Functions
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy by defining ideal customer profiles, personas, use cases, ROI narratives, and mapping the end-to-end customer journey.
- Develop and refine product marketing strategy, aligning messaging with business objectives and customer challenges while clearly differentiating ARIS in the market.
- Build structured messaging frameworks and value propositions tailored to different audiences including prospects, customers, analysts, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Process Intelligence, Process Management, Process Mining, and Operational Resilience, supporting strategic sales opportunities and executive-level discussions.
