Position Overview:

As a Product Owner – Platform Services at Fullbay, you own and contribute to the success of the core platform capabilities that enable the rest of the product to operate, scale, and evolve. You lead the definition, delivery, and ongoing improvement of shared data models, services, and foundational “rails” that are consumed by other product and technology teams across the organization.

In this role, you operate as the primary Product Owner for Platform Services, accountable for delivery quality and supporting the platform’s ongoing evolution. While much of your work supports internal teams, your decisions directly influence customer-facing experiences by shaping the consistency, reliability, and flexibility of the product as a whole. You balance near-term enablement with long-range thinking, ensuring platform capabilities unblock teams today while setting Fullbay up for future success.

You lead a dedicated team of engineers and QA, working closely with other Product Owners, Product Managers, designers, and engineering leadership.You are expected to show strong ownership and decision-making within a collaborative product environment—often partnering early with other teams to help define and sequence platform capabilities before downstream work begins.
