This opportunity is for a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex enterprise implementations focused on ERP systems, cloud migrations, and AI-driven workflow solutions.

The role plays a critical part in managing customer deployments, guiding cross-functional technical teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, upgrades, and cloud migrations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical customer deployments
• Act as Project Manager and collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Apply Agile principles, release management practices, and structured change control processes
• Oversee system cutovers, integrations, and deployment readiness activities
• Partner with customer engineering teams to plan and maintain private cloud platform environments
• Advise customers on solution design for complex manufacturing and supply chain use cases
• Enable client technical teams to develop deep product and platform expertise
• Manage multiple concurrent ERP-related workstreams
• Provide executive-level reporting on timelines, budgets, resources, and overall project status
• Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure strong user adoption through change management best practices
• Identify implementation improvements, analyze root causes, and resolve roadblocks
• Collect, manage, and route customer feedback to appropriate internal teams

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Project Management
• Extensive experience with ERP implementations (SAP or Oracle preferred)
• Proven expertise in enterprise system migrations to cloud environments
• Strong background in SDLC, release management, and system integration
• Deep understanding of change management principles and user adoption strategies
• Experience managing client and vendor relationships, including ERP providers and consultants
