Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle by adhering to PMI standards and PMO processes, ensuring the timely delivery of key artifacts including project charters, RACI matrices, and comprehensive schedules.
- Oversee project budgets and resource allocation within ServiceNow (PPM) and Google Workspace, maintaining fiscal accountability and ensuring projects remain within defined financial constraints.
- Drive project momentum through rigorous meeting facilitation and task management, holding cross-functional resources accountable to aggressive deadlines and deliverables.
- Proactively identify, track, and remediate project risks and issues, implementing strategic resolutions to minimize disruptions and maintain project health.
