Drive Projects From A–Z

As a Project Manager at DSI Dantech, you will be responsible for several projects simultaneously. You will take over projects from our sales team and manage them through construction, production follow-up, testing, and final customer handover.

Your success in this role will depend on your ability to structure work effectively, maintain clear communication, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Ensuring continuous progress according to our Project Model
• Delivering projects on time, within scope, at the right quality, and aligned with budget
• Defining project schedules and resource plans
• Managing projects through production, overseeing line testing, and securing successful delivery to customers
• Fostering strong cooperation and proactive dialogue with customers, project teams, and internal departments
• Handling financial reporting and project follow-up
• Driving risk management and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
• Managing variations (VO) and customer negotiations

Work With Customers Worldwide

Our typical project cycles run 5–7 months
, allowing you to dive deep into both the technical solution and the customer relationship.

You can be based in:

• Poland
• Aalborg, Denmark
• Bissendorf, Germany
• Or fully remote from another location in Europe

The role includes approximately

Your Background
