The Role

• Lead end-to-end project management for complex SaaS projects, from initiation to closure.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, CEOs, and Operations Managers to define project scope, scale, and financial costings.
• Monitor project delivery daily, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget, escalating risks promptly.
• Manage client expectations, ensuring project deliverables are met and proactively communicating any potential delays or solutions.
• Play a key role in mentoring and guiding junior Project Managers, fostering best practices and continuous improvement in project delivery.

What You'll Need

• Significant experience in a client-facing project management role, overseeing complex projects from initiation to closure.
• Proven expertise in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and support other Project Managers, fostering team growth and sharing knowledge.
