What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage multiple clinic buildouts simultaneously from lease execution through to certificate of occupancy and handover to operations
• Oversee architects and engineers through the design and permitting process, ensuring compliance with standards
• Serve as the employer's representative during construction, monitoring progress and adherence to plans
• Track project budgets and support negotiations with landlords and contractors
• Coordinate installations of furniture, fixtures, equipment, and oversee final inspections

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 2+ years of experience in project management, construction management, or related roles
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Current employees of the employer must be in good standing in their current roles

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience managing commercial interior buildouts in healthcare, education, or office settings
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet
• Familiarity with landlord-delivered work and tenant improvement allowance structures
• Understanding of permitting, inspections, and construction workflows
