Project Manager- Infrastructure M&A

Interviews: 2 round video interviews, first with one manager and then panel style interview with the team

Notes:

• Needs infra expertise
• For these managers previous healthcare experience is a plus but not required (M&A EXPEREINCE IS MORE IMPORTANT FOR THIS ROLE, IT S A MUST HAVE)
• Need experience with waterfall (they are currently in but moving to agile) they would love experience in both but if they don t have agile that is fine
• For the right candidate they can be flexible on years of experience, if they are perfect, maybe can do 5-7 years (shoot for more years first to send)

*PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of M&A integration objectives and ensure IT alignment with the broader business strategy.
• Engage with acquired company resources to consistently articulate integration vision and tactical deliverables while building and maintaining working relationships to smooth engagement with Cencora IT.
• Manage IT integration efforts for acquired companies, ensuring effective alignment of IT infrastructure, processes, and technology.
• Manages sub-project dependencies and program constructs.
• Possesses a solid understanding of how agile and waterfall frameworks work to deliver business value and how various practices can and should evolve.
• Can identify the appropriate level of granularity that satisfies visibility and control needs.
• Articulates complex schedules and inter-dependencies in a consumable way for stakeholders.
• Works within multiple methodologies to develop a comprehensive schedule.
