Project Manager – Marine Asset Integrity

About this role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager to strengthen our Marine Asset Integrity team in Nootdorp, the Netherlands. Our department delivers offshore projects throughout Europe and Africa, supporting activities such as Positioning, Construction Survey, and Inspection.

In this position, you’ll oversee offshore projects that rely on experienced survey professionals and advanced technical systems. These assignments contribute to the installation of wind turbine components, oil and gas infrastructure, and other offshore assets that require precise positioning and seamless project execution. You’ll also work with state‑of‑the‑art survey and positioning technologies, including Fugro’s Vision Technology and autonomous underwater vehicles.

You’ll join an international group of six Project Managers. We collaborate closely across regions, and you’ll take ownership of projects that align with your expertise.

Your role

• You play an active role in planning and coordinating project activities to help ensure timelines, budgets, safety standards, and quality expectations are met
• You contribute by monitoring budgets, schedules, forecasts, and KPIs, and by preparing key project documentation
• You support commercial and contractual processes, recommend adjustments when appropriate, and collaborate with the Account Manager on invoicing and payment follow‑up
• You oversee the project’s financial and operational performance, and present Profit & Loss as well as Lesson’s Learnt to senior management and colleagues;
• You strengthen the project’s safety culture by identifying risks early, promoting HSSE best practices, and raising concerns when improvements are needed

Your trackrecord

• A BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Construction Management or a relevant field;
