• Drive assigned projects and programs to ensure success by defining requirements
• Improve operations and processes using historical information and resources to achieve appropriate solutions
• Provide updates with the appropriate sponsors and stakeholders to ensure information is communicated effectively and efficiently
• With the use of dedicated and core teams determines course of action to define requirements and solutions that will solve for complex bank issues
• Work with both onshore and offshore resources for identified projects
• Resolve problems and conflicts among projects
• Implementations client facing organizations and product management
• Analytical skills required to determine cause and effect related to service delivery of complex bank solutions
• Understanding of support levels and severity as well as root cause analysis skills to determine resolution to problems when they arise
• Strong strategic thinking
