What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide best-in-class onboarding experiences for SMB merchants using the Client Commerce Platform
• Act as the primary contact for merchants during their transition to the platform, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage the implementation of online ordering, mobile apps, loyalty, and gift card programs for merchants
• Troubleshoot technical issues and educate merchants on product functionalities
• Collect feedback from merchants to improve product offerings and team workflows

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Fluency in English and either Chinese or Spanish
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, project management, or account management
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks accurately and effectively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders

• Experience working cross-functionally with individual contributors
• Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
