Role Location: Northeastern Poland + the Mazovia Voivodeship
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with experience in the sanitary industry to oversee and manage sales-related projects from conception to completion. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and sales project management skills.
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising sales projects, while also playing an active role in business development and customer acquisition.
- Project Acquisition & Development
- Actively search for new sanitary projects in residential, commercial, and public sectors
- Identify and engage key decision-makers (investors, architects, developers, contractors, installers)
- Build a robust project pipeline aligned with company strategy
- Stakeholder Management
- Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders involved in project decision-making
- Coordinate with the sales force and internal departments to secure project wins
- Sales Process & Execution
- Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company guidelines.
- Monitor project progress from acquisition to delivery
- Ensure product specification is maintained throughout the project lifecycle
- Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Maintain up-to-date pipeline data using CRM tools
- Prepare regular sales performance reports for the Channel Leader
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Qualifications
- Technical education (preferred fields: sanitary engineering, construction)- either through work experience or formal education
- Minimum 5 years of experience in design sales in the sanitary fittings, HVAC, building materials, or related industries
