What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert, guiding teams on Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics
• Administer report and dashboard access, ensuring proper visibility and governance
• Identify sales process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance system effectiveness
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate new Salesforce functionality
• Monitor Salesforce data quality and execute data maintenance activities

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years as a CRM or Salesforce Business Analyst
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including knowledge of Salesforce Reports and Dashboards
• Experience working in an Agile environment, with knowledge of tools such as JIRA
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) are preferred
