What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the execution of category launch initiatives that align product marketing strategy and brand positioning with in-store, digital, and distributor-focused activation
• Partner closely with Product, Brand, and Sales teams to ensure consistent execution across retail, ecommerce, and HVAC distribution channels
• Develop and implement channel-specific activation strategies tailored to each channel's needs
• Support new product introductions by coordinating readiness and execution plans in collaboration with Product, Brand, Sales, and channel partners
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Analytics teams to provide insights and merchandising recommendations for category reviews and Joint Business Planning

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required; MBA preferred
• 8-12 years of experience in category marketing, channel marketing, merchandising, or go-to-market roles within durable goods, appliances, HVAC, or related industries
