What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the work and the Salesforce platform to define solution requirements
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to convert project deliverables into actionable product plans within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders to identify product improvements and document functional requirements
• Facilitate project planning and release alignment with the Scrum Master and project stakeholders
• Provide mentorship and direction to the agile team to ensure project deliverables are understood and accepted

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• BS degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of two years of Product Ownership experience
• At least two years of experience with Salesforce - Service Cloud
• Experience in the Financial or Human Resource industry is a plus
• Familiarity with basic data analysis, public speaking, agile methodologies, and software delivery life cycle (SDLC)
