About The Role
We are seeking experienced and senior Real Time Software Engineers to join our dynamic team at Boeing, supporting a proprietary Phantom Works program based in Berkeley, MO. This role focuses on developing Vehicle Management System (VMS) software critical for flight and subsystem control in defense platforms. The successful candidates will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software architectures that ensure the reliability and safety of our aerospace systems. Working within a collaborative environment, you will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes. Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience with C/C++ programming and a strong background in designing and developing software for real-time or non-real-time systems.
