Senior Technical Product Manager – Salesforce CPQ (Remote, US)

About this role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager for a global technology company. This role will lead the strategy, design, and execution of enterprise business systems, including Salesforce, NetSuite, CPQ, Subscription & Billing, marketing automation, and customer service platforms. You will partner closely with business leaders and engineering teams to transform Quote-to-Cash and Lead-to-Cash processes through scalable, high-impact solutions.


This role blends deep Salesforce CPQ expertise, product management leadership, and hands-on delivery ownership to drive business outcomes across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success.


This is a 4.5-month project (extensions or conversion to FTE possible), 40 hours per week, Remote in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise application initiatives and own Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud strategy, design, and optimization.
• Drive discovery workshops with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements and technical user stories.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to modernize Quote-to-Cash, Lead-to-Cash, asset lifecycle management, and revenue workflows.
• Facilitate system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing production support for Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions.
• Collaborate with global Business Systems Analysts, Product Managers, and development teams across the US and offshore locations.
• Define and enforce application standards, development methodologies, quality assurance practices, and operational excellence benchmarks.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT, along with 3+ years of experience as a business analyst/product manager supporting the Salesforce CPQ platform.
