About The Opportunity
The Finance and People Solutions team is responsible for configuring and managing Workday applications enabling efficient and compliant operations for managing human resource’s and finance’s business processes.
We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Workday platform. You will sit at the intersection of HR & Finance strategy and engineering, translating business needs into robust technical requirements. Your mission is to ensure Workday isn't just a system of record, but a high-performing, integrated engine that powers our global workforce and finance operations. You will work tightly with the tech lead of the team in order to deliver impactful solutions.
In This Role, You Will
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Workday modules (HCM and FINS) and prioritize the backlog based on clear KPIs and business impact.
- Support peers in the segment in doing the same and contribute to the overall segment strategy.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals in close collaboration with People and Finance Teams
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to refine product strategy and identify areas for process improvement.
- Create product metrics and set up dashboards for feature impact through KPI definition and tracking.
- Lead regulatory documentation efforts and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Communicate technical and strategic concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Drive cross-functional projects, including Regulatory Technology initiatives and other organizational objectives.
- As integral part of engineering team, foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
