We're working with a pioneering healthtech AI startup on this exciting opportunity. They are transforming healthcare compliance by leveraging cutting-edge Large Language Models to audit patient data at scale, ensuring clinical standards are met across the industry.

As a Full Stack specialist, you will join a high-impact team building data-intensive applications from the ground up. This is a chance to move fast, own products end-to-end, and apply AI/NLP solutions to real-world medical challenges using a modern Python and AWS stack.

The Role

• Lead the development and scaling of data-intensive healthcare applications using Python, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.

• Build and maintain robust cloud infrastructure on AWS to support high-performance AI auditing tools.

• Architect end-to-end product features, from backend logic and database design to frontend implementation.

• Integrate Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts to automate clinical documentation review.

• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence across the full software development lifecycle.

What You'll Need

• Strong professional experience as a Software Engineer, ideally within a high-growth startup environment.

• Expert-level proficiency in Python and TypeScript for full-stack development.

• Deep experience with AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) and PostgreSQL database management.

• Proven track record of owning products from conception to deployment and scaling data-heavy systems.

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
