About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our dynamic team in Berkeley, Missouri. This pivotal role involves leading the deployment, configuration, and management of advanced DevSecOps practices within our agile software programs, specifically in the Air Dominance organization for Air Proprietary 1. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, managing cloud and on-premises infrastructures, and establishing automation frameworks to enhance software deployment efficiency and quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the development of high-stakes defense systems, ensuring operational excellence and technological innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in DevSecOps, with a proven track record of leading complex software deployment initiatives.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
• Extensive experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar automation frameworks.
