About The Role
The Mobile Experience team owns Hiya's two consumer mobile applications:
Hiya AI Phone
—an AI-powered phone assistant with real-time scam detection, intelligent call screening, and call transcription—and
Hiya Spam Blocker
—our established caller ID and spam blocking app with over 10 million downloads. Together, these products protect millions of users from fraud and unwanted calls across iOS and Android.


We're looking for a Software Development Engineer to build and own the backend services and mobile integrations that power both applications. You'll work across the stack: designing Node.js services deployed on AWS, scaling infrastructure that handles millions of lookups and call events, building call screening and spam detection features, and collaborating with mobile engineers on SDK integration.
