Role Responsibilities
- Author realistic technology prompts in software engineering, IT, systems architecture, cybersecurity, data systems, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
- Review and revise AI-generated responses for technical accuracy, feasibility, clarity, and adherence to industry best practices.
- Write high-quality human-authored “gold” responses for complex debugging scenarios, architectural trade-offs, or implementation challenges.
- Create controlled prompt variations to test subtle differences in constraints, environments, performance requirements, or system assumptions.
- Evaluate outputs across different tones and instruction constraints.
- Identify model failure cases involving logical errors, incorrect implementation details, security oversights, or unrealistic system designs.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 2+ years of professional work experience in software development, systems engineering, IT, cybersecurity, data engineering, or a related technology role.
- Active professional familiarity with technology practice in at least one of the following languages: Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi.
- Strong understanding of industry standards, development workflows, and technical documentation practices within your linguistic and cultural context.
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills in the target language.
