What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Assist with moderate level application changes and upgrades, including workflow analysis, testing, configuration, and guidance to others
• Design and build templates and tools for information entry into the application/system, ensuring alignment with vendor recommendations
• Participate in mandatory ITS meetings and adhere to ITS policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Comply with explicit instructions from ITS leadership regarding the operation of technology systems under your responsibility
• Provide advanced-level support and mentorship to other analysts as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Epic Cogito certification or accreditation in one or more areas (e.g., RWB, Clarity Data Model, Caboodle, Slicer Dicer)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience using computer-based systems in a healthcare setting or in an analyst-related role
• Basic working knowledge of computers and computerized systems, preferably in a healthcare context
• Strong ability to assist in application implementation and support
