Job Description:

• Crop to Crop resumes are accepted Location Requirement: No WI residency required. Open to nationwide candidates. This position is currently remote. However, position status is subject to change. (90% remote 10% onsite as needed) Onsite work is not likely, but candidate should be prepared to come onsite if required.

The business analyst is responsible for ensuring our development teams have complete and accurate business requirements, our business partners have considered their needs vs. their wants in their projects and ensuring quality control by testing web applications, reports etc. that have been developed in the CCCW section with the Department of Children and Families (DCF) with the state of Wisconsin.


The business analyst is also expected to provide excellent customer service by driving and facilitating, JAD sessions, demos, feedback loops, and UAT testing processes with the customer. The individual coming into this role must have strong communication skills and be a team player because they will be working so closely with the entire technical project team and will be


involved with business area partners. Knowledge of DCF programs, prior experience with the Wisconsin CARES system and familiarity with State of Wisconsin application systems, procedures, and development standards is highly preferred.


The individual in this position will:

• Responsible for leading and facilitating the communication with IT staff, business customers and other stakeholders from a wide array of backgrounds, implementation services, and support services to assist in the development, implementation and support of business intelligence.
