As a key point of control for system enhancements and quality initiatives, this position is responsible for monitoring and analyzing system usage, designing solutions and creating specifications for adjustments to SitusAMC’s systems. This role works directly with employees of SitusAMC’s technology department and other stakeholders. This person serves as a subject matter expert for the technology.


Essential Job Functions

• Collect, review, analyze, and document system/user requirements from business users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines.
• Respond to changes in project scope, priorities, or requirements by adjusting plans and priorities accordingly.
• Assign tasks as directed by manager
• Analyze information, including oral and written feedback from users, survey responses, and usage statistics to strengthen and validate requirements.
• Promote and support department goals and objectives
• Communicate feedback/performance/status of staff to manager
• Track, organize, and prioritize assigned projects
• Work on projects to completion within the required time frames, proactively communicating any delays to manager and/or interested stakeholders
