Accountabilities

• Own and optimize paid digital channels including LinkedIn, Google Ads, and display
• Translate integrated campaign strategies into effective paid media tactics
• Leverage account-based advertising to deliver personalized experiences at scale
• Manage and optimize substantial paid media budgets across multiple channels
• Collaborate with creative teams to create compelling ad copy and assets
• Stay updated on platform changes and emerging digital marketing strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B paid digital marketing experience
• Deep expertise in paid social, display, retargeting, and SEM/PPC
• 3+ years hands-on ABM/ABX experience with account journeys and intent data
• Proven track record managing large annual paid media budgets
• Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads
• Familiarity with Marketo and Salesforce.com, plus knowledge in attribution modeling
