The Senior Director of People Operations is responsible for building and scaling the people infrastructure that enables aytm to grow with clarity, consistency, and operational rigor. This role ensures that employee experience, talent development, compliance, and organizational health evolve alongside company growth.
This position serves as the executive owner of People Operations programs and partners closely with leadership to design scalable people strategies that support performance, culture, compliance, and workforce sustainability.

Responsibilities
People Strategy & Organizational Development
- Lead the design and execution of people programs that support organizational growth, engagement, and performance.
- Partner with executive leadership to identify workforce needs, talent strategies, and organizational development priorities.
- Develop scalable onboarding, performance management, leadership enablement, and career development frameworks.
- Ensure people initiatives align with business priorities, company values, and long-term organizational sustainability.
- Support organizational design initiatives including role clarity, leveling frameworks, and workforce planning.
Employee Experience & Workplace Health
