Everyday millions of Airbnb customers are reached via our streamlined platform over comprehensive channels, such as Email, Push, SMS, and external Ads Platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, etc). We deliver substantial business impact by enabling numerous stakeholders across the company, including Marketing (Brand and Performance), Guest/Host, Policy, and more.


The Difference You Will Make
As a staff software engineer on the Content Platform team, you’ll provide hands-on technical leadership to build a no-code or low-code platform to bring together a thoughtful user experience for Marketing to author, segment, and plan lifecycle management of communications on onsite (airbnb.com) and offsite (emails, push notification) channels. You’ll be working alongside with a team of talented software engineers to improve our usability of the platform of tools, reducing time-to-market for our internal teams, and develop technical strategic planning towards driving a best-in-class scalable platform. You will also work closely with XFN partners like design, product and marketing stakeholders to dive deep to solving problems that have direct growth impact on our business.
