. As our Content Creator, you develop strong concepts and bring them to life. From first hook to final iteration, you own both the thinking and the execution.

*What You'll Do*

• Ideate, create, test, and continuously improve funnel, offer, and ad concepts across video and static formats. From first idea to final asset, you own the creative output and make sure every media euro performs.
• Translate insights, data, and hypotheses into high-performing content. Creative decisions are data-informed and developed in close collaboration with performance marketing and growth teams.
• Own the full creative execution lifecycle. From concepting and scripting, to hands-on creation, iteration, and optimization, supported by smart workflows, automation, and AI tools.
• Produce and refine platform-native content for paid social and performance channels, especially Meta, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Identify, brief, and collaborate with external creators when needed. You ensure quality, consistency, and performance of delivered assets.
• Build and maintain a structured library of customer stories, testimonials, and social proof. Turn them into case study videos, ads, and bite-sized content that drives trust and conversion.
