Accountabilities

• Lead the local study team on one or more studies.
• Oversee the Contract Research Organization and manage country level plans.
• Manage the study startup process and oversee CRO activities as applicable.
• Liaise with various partners to establish submission strategies.
• Collaborate to identify and manage deviations during study execution.
• Be accountable for regional and study level startup plans and recruitment strategy.
• Ensure efficient communication with local teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s of Science or Bachelor’s of Arts degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant operational clinical trial experience.
• Master’s of Science or Master’s of Business Administration degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant operational clinical trial experience.
• Preferred scientific or technical degree.
