Overview
In this role, you will lead a high-impact recruiting team focused on full-cycle recruitment of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, athletic trainers, and other licensed provider roles. You’ll partner closely with senior clinical and operational leaders to deliver consistent hiring results while continually improving quality, candidate experience, and funnel management. You'll continually shape a team focused on consultative business partnerships with data-driven decisions supported by a modern, AI-enabled tech stack. This role reports to the SVP, Talent.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters responsible for PT, OT, SLP, ATC, OTA, PTA, and related roles, driving accountability to hiring goals, conversion metrics, and hiring velocity.
  • Partner with field leaders, aligning on workforce planning, market strategy, compensation positioning, and competitive landscape insights.
  • Operationalize a scalable recruiting function that consistently delivers licensed clinical hires while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
  • Drive sourcing strategy across multiple channels including CRM rediscovery and nurture campaigns, AI-enabled sourcing tools, events, university partnerships, early career pipelines, and referral programs.
  • Leverage a modern TA tech stack to create visibility across the funnel and eliminate hiring bottlenecks.
  • Coach recruiters on consultative alignment calls, structured interviewing, market storytelling, and proactive pipeline development.
  • Refine performance standards, scorecards, and weekly operating rhythms to monitor speed to interview, speed to offer, offer acceptance rate, and start conversions.
  • Identify process breakdowns and implement improvements that increase recruiter productivity and hiring predictability.
