The Opportunity
The Talent Acquisition Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for delivering hiring outcomes for assigned business functions through close partnership with Hiring Managers, People Business Partners (PBPs), and a blended Talent Acquisition delivery team.
This role serves as the
day-to-day hiring lead
for its portfolio, translating approved hiring plans into execution. The TAM does not set enterprise TA strategy, but ensures high-quality, timely delivery by coordinating internal stakeholders and managing contractors and RPO execution against defined hiring objectives.
What You’ll Do
Hiring Manager & PBP Partnership
- Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition point of contact for assigned Hiring Managers and People Business Partners.
- Partner with PBPs to understand approved workforce plans, hiring priorities, and changes in demand.
- Align hiring managers on role requirements, timelines, interview expectations, and decision-making responsibilities.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, risks, and delivery status.
Hiring Delivery & Execution
- Own end-to-end execution of hiring for assigned roles, including budgeted, unbudgeted, and replacement positions.
