What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Facilities Project Managers while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Provide oversight on project planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout processes
• Optimize resource allocation across projects to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Serve as the key point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and senior management
• Implement quality control and assurance processes while conducting regular project audits

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Experience leading teams of project managers in construction environments
• Strong knowledge of construction project management principles and methodologies
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Excellent financial management and budgeting skills
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship abilities

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
• Experience managing capital planning processes
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong background in construction risk mitigation strategies
