Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Systems Analyst with a strong financial services background to lead technical projects, drive automation initiatives, and deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will quickly understand legacy systems, document business processes, and collaborate with multiple business units and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. This role requires deep knowledge of digital payment solutions, mainframe systems, workflow platforms (e.g., Appian), modern technology stacks, and reporting tools.


Key Responsibilities
Analyze, document, and optimize business processes across multiple functional areas.


Quickly assess legacy systems and propose modernization strategies, automation opportunities, and integration solutions.


Drive end-to-end technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and Operations.


Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for digital payment solutions and related technologies.


Develop and maintain detailed solution documentation, including functional specifications, workflows, and process maps.


Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical requirements.


Support implementation strategies for new products/features and ensure smooth rollouts.


Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders proactively.
