Partner with the best
From pre-sales through to integration and optimization. You'll be a trusted advisor to customers, acting as a gateway to our products and platforms teams. High-profile customers with huge web, streaming, or API traffic, you'll deliver technical solutions and creatively undertake challenges.


As a Technical Project Manager II you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with account teams to evaluate customer architecture and deliver the best of class solutions.
• Ensuring customer success by focusing on best practice, helping develop a long-term web performance and security strategy.
• Partnering cross-functionally to review and ensure integration efficiency, deliver high quality service and ensure customer engagement.
• Identifying service enhancements and potential problems to ensure continuous improvements to quality of customer service.
• Participating on internal projects to contribute to best practices, improving our methodology and quality of integrations.
• Mentoring and coaching other team members to share skills and knowledge and to help team development.
