## Job Description

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week
Location Requirement: Must be local to the DC Metro area
Employment Type: W2 Only (No C2C)
Visa Status: GC or USC Only

Key Responsibilities:
Lead business analysis efforts and collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.
Design and oversee enterprise systems architecture to ensure scalability, security, and alignment with business goals.
Manage full lifecycle implementation of IT solutions, including deployment and ongoing support.
Oversee system design, development, integration, and maintenance activities.
Coordinate projects, track deliverables, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Apply PMI, Agile, and Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient and timely project execution.
Work in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite per week).
Participate in in-person interviews if requested.
Required Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis, enterprise architecture, IT system design/development, implementation, and project coordination.
