Position Description – What The Role Entails
Rincon Family Services and its affiliate organizations are seeking a
Web & Social Media Manager
to lead and manage the organization’s digital presence. This position is part of the
Office of the President & CEO
and
reports directly to the Chief of Engagement and Communications Officer
, working closely with executive leadership to advance the organization’s mission through strategic digital communication.


This role is responsible for maintaining websites and overseeing all social media platforms to ensure content is accurate, engaging, accessible, and aligned with the mission, values, and strategic communications goals of The Center and its affiliates.


The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, technically skilled, and has a strong understanding of current social media trends, as well as proven experience in storytelling for nonprofit organizations.
