Client Growth Executive (Account Manager)

About this role

A top client in the corporate wellness/healthcare services space is searching for an experienced Customer Growth Executive (CGE). As the CGE, you are responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned portfolio of existing clients. This role blends account management, consultative selling, and strategic relationship development to expand product and service adoption, strengthen partnerships, and uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in B2B sales and account management, particularly within the healthcare, wellness, or benefits space, and has a consistent history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through consultative, value-based selling.

As the Customer Growth Executive, you will:

• Develop and execute strategic account growth plans to expand adoption of products and services within existing client portfolios
• Identify, qualify, and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities across multiple lines of business
• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through consultative selling and relationship management
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasts, and account documentation within CRM systems
• Prepare and deliver regular performance and growth reports
• Partner cross-functionally with account management, marketing, operations, product, and finance teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Communicate client needs, feedback, and market insights to support product development and go-to-market strategy
• Represent the organization in client meetings, finalist presentations, and industry events as needed
