About the Job:

Tadaweb is hiring a
Customer Success Manager
for its emerging USA business. This is an individual contributor, mid-career, client-facing role in support of US public sector clients based in the United States who utilize Tadaweb’s SaaS platform to make their online PAI (Publicly Available Information) investigations more effective and efficient. This role is remote and may require up to 25% to 33% travel within the US and abroad for customer engagements, conferences, and other industry events. This role will also require collaboration with internal stakeholders located across multiple time zones.

Scope of Work:

  • At the conclusion of training, you will be an expert on the Tadaweb platform.
  • You will build and maintain relationships with our users and key customer stakeholders based on trust, transparency and a commitment to their mission success.
  • You will train and mentor customers on our platform to deliver maximum value on open-source data collection and analysis.
  • You will help customers to solve complex problems that lack clear answers and you will envision, execute and supervise solutions that leverage people, products and processes.
