We’re seeking a Data Integration Analyst to support the successful implementation of Bluesight’s SaaS products for our hospital customers. This role is ideal for someone who combines a customer‑first mindset with technical aptitude, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail. Partnering closely with customer technical teams, you’ll help extract, transform, and deliver data into our platform while performing thorough validation to ensure each customer is positioned for long‑term success.

This role is technical-focused and involves both customer interaction and scripting.

Typical work breakdown:

• Configuring and executing infrastructure, validating and analyzing data: 40–50%
• Customer-facing interactions: 10–20%
• Writing or updating SQL, Python, and various other tasks: 20–30%

### Representative Duties and Responsibilities:

• Consult with customers on how to properly extract, transform, and load their data into the Bluesight platform
• Validate, reconcile, and analyze data input from disparate systems to ensure data integrity using command line tools and scripts
• Clearly communicate data findings and serve as a point person for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Document processes, edge cases, and best practices to support internal knowledge sharing
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the implementation, product, and engineering team to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance data pipelines.
