Requirements

• 7 or more years of experience as a Financial Business Analyst in Child Support Systems.
• Proficiency in financial operations including distribution, disbursements, and reconciliation.
• Experience with designing complex workflows and interactive user interfaces for financial systems.
• Experience in SQL query development for data extraction, validation, and interpretation.
• Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Microsoft Test Manager.
• Experience in SharePoint and the Microsoft Office 365 business suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize financial workflows for distribution, recoupment, and reconciliation processes.
• Design self-guided user interfaces featuring tooltips, contextual help, and automated navigation.
• Engineer step-by-step wizards and interactive features for complex financial order entry.
• Extract and interpret system data using SQL queries to facilitate business decision-making.
• Develop comprehensive test scenarios and test cases for Child Support application enhancements.
• Manage project tasks and defect tracking within Microsoft Team Foundation Server.
• Lead functional meetings focused on bug triage and technical prioritization of system enhancements.
