Accountabilities
- Develop and steward global brand strategies across the Weed Control portfolio for consistent growth.
- Drive global positioning and value propositions for new product introductions, shaping brand direction.
- Champion branding as a strategic capability, ensuring cross-functional understanding and brand-led decisions.
- Manage the annual global brand budget and track return on investment.
- Monitor brand performance globally to strengthen equity and enhance strategies.
- Embed brand strategy and customer insights into decision-making across teams.
- Collaborate with Technical, Regulatory, and R&D teams to translate scientific data into brand narratives.

Requirements
