What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Define project scope, goals, milestones, and success criteria; build integrated project plans including charter, WBS, schedule, and risk registers
• Lead cross-functional teams across various functions such as Procurement, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, and IT
• Manage critical path, dependencies, and change control while guiding issue resolution
• Facilitate organizational change projects with training and partner communications
• Create executive-ready updates including status and risk reports with mitigation plans

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years leading supply chain projects
• Experience managing scope, cost, schedule, and vendors across multiple sites/functions
• Professional certification such as PMP or Scrum Master
