Accountabilities

• Develop integrated marketing strategies for retail programs and customer services.
• Translate customer behavior and store insights into effective marketing strategies.
• Create integrated briefs for Retail & Services initiatives.
• Partner with creative and operational teams to ensure aligned messaging.
• Serve as the marketing liaison with Retail, Store Operations, and Services teams.
• Support quarterly and seasonal planning from a Retail & Services perspective.
• Track performance of initiatives and leverage insights for future planning.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in integrated marketing or brand marketing within consumer or retail sectors.
• Experience in developing customer-led marketing strategies connected to commercial outcomes.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable marketing briefs.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration capabilities in matrixed environments.
• Understanding of omnichannel marketing dynamics including digital and in-store.
• Experience with quarterly GTM planning and prioritization processes.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
