Junior Full Stack Developer

### About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate must be capable of working across the entire development lifecycle and comfortable with frontend, backend, and basic DevOps workflows.

### Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Next.js.
• Build and enhance mobile applications using React Native.
• Design and implement REST APIs and backend services using Node.js.
• Work with MongoDB for database design, queries, and performance tuning.
• Use Redis for caching, session management, and optimizing application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Ensure code quality through proper documentation, testing, and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive improvements.

### Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Next.js and React Native.
• Good understanding of Node.js, Express, and REST API development.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB (aggregation, schema design, queries).
• Experience using Redis for caching or pub/sub.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel **7–8 days per month** as part of the role.

### Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Docker or containerized deployments.
• Basic understanding of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean).
• Experience with performance optimization and security best practices.
