Location: California, 90245 | Type: Hybrid | Salary: $106,250 - $143,750 annual

Hyra is working on behalf of Boeing to hire for the position of Software Engineers-Developer (Associate / Experienced). This role supports the Satellite Space Mission Systems team within the Boeing Defense Services business organization. The selected candidate will focus on developing mission software using Java, C++, Python, and ReactJS to support critical program objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software throughout the end-to-end lifecycle

• Develop and optimize software products for complex systems integrations

• Document architecture, requirements, algorithms, and interfaces for software products

• Participate in the agile development lifecycle including planning and code reviews

• Implement emerging technologies and tools to improve software performance metrics

What we're looking for

• Experience with modern programming languages such as C++, Java, JavaScript, or Python

• Proficiency in software integration and end-to-end testing methodologies

• Background working within Agile and Scrum development environments

• Ability to collaborate effectively across multi-discipline engineering teams

• Eligibility to obtain and maintain required security clearances for this position
