As a Manager, you will work directly with C-suite and senior partnership stakeholders on some of the most important decisions firms face, how to drive sustainable growth, protect profitability, and evolve their operating model in a rapidly changing market.


We help firms respond to rising client expectations around value and transparency, intensifying competition, and the accelerating impact of technology. Our work is typically at the intersection of strategy, commercial performance and execution, supporting firms to turn ambition into measurable outcomes. You’ll be part of a team that combines deep sector knowledge with rigorous analytics and practical delivery experience, helping leaders make confident choices and mobilise change across their business.


To support our rapid and continuous growth we are recruiting Managers to lead workstreams and engagements across our clients. Our Managers are critical in leading our engagement teams, developing our national and international team and driving business development. You’ll have real ownership from day one, leading teams, setting the pace and quality of delivery, and building trusted relationships that open doors to the next piece of work.


What Your Days Will Look Like

• Reporting to Senior Managers and Directors, you will have responsibility for delivering end-to-end projects or workstreams, and for driving our continuous growth through business development activities.
• Developing the overarching approach and owning the delivery of strategic deliverables, translating complex questions into clear hypotheses, workplans and decision points.
