## About us

The Campus Infrastructure & Experience team within UCL Estates is responsible for managing support to the complex £2bn property portfolio consisting of circa 270 buildings. Campus Infrastructure & Experience manages an annual maintenance spend approaching £30m, through a team of 50 technical staff and a wide range of service and specialist contracts (circa 50).

The team manages maintenance services, contracts, long-term maintenance and improvements to buildings and infrastructure including critical statutory requirements such as Legionella, asbestos and other complex building related statutory requirements.

## About the role

In this very important job you'll develop and deliver LEV & specialist laboratory ventilation services across UCL's wide portfolio of buildings. You'll lead the preparation, prioritisation, co-ordination and delivery of key projects and programmes, including Planned works, Long Term Maintenance, one-off projects and business improvement work-streams.

You'll also ensure continuity of our day-to-day operations, acting as focal point on maintenance issues for schools/departments, and identify and manage the resolution of reported breakdowns, faults, and problems. You'll work with our external service providers, ensuring high standards are maintained through regular meetings, robust KPIs, and audits.

You'll also work closely with other UCL teams, including Compliance, Energy and Sustainability, to ensure standards are met and where possible improved upon across a number of key areas.
