Position Overview:
As the Digital Marketing and Operations Manager, you’ll be an integral member of the Demand Generation Marketing team and will be immersed in a fun, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment. Reporting to the Demand Generation Marketing Director, you will shape, execute, and optimize all digital marketing channels and marketing operations.


Your primary objectives will be to amplify brand awareness, drive targeted web traffic, generate high-quality leads, and boost marketing pipeline’s contribution through innovative and effective digital campaigns. Additionally, you will manage end-to-end optimization and governance of marketing data, processes, and infrastructure.


The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketer with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for experimentation and continuous learning and innovating. This hands-on role involves working directly with a range of marketing software solutions and collaborating across various teams. • Manage the digital and operations team, including supervising work quality and deadlines, providing guidance, developing growth opportunities, and recruiting and training new hires onto the team as necessary.
